Udyogwardhini’s courses can earn you a certificate if your company's contract with Udyogwardhini is active and your access and/or invitation have not expired or terminated following the terms of that contract. A refund or cancellation will be determined by the terms of your organization's contract. If you subscribed through a third-party marketplace that restricts our ability to offer refunds, please check their policies.
This policy applies to all courses offered by Udyogwardhini.
Cancellations made before the start of the course
If you are unable to attend the course and request a refund before the course's start date, we will repay you in full.
You may change your batch at no additional fee at any time before the start of the session.
If you are unable to continue or complete the workshop for whatever reason, we will gladly accept you in another batch of the same course at no additional charge.
No matter when Udyogwardhini Changes its refund policy, the purchase will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
If you do not notify us in writing of your cancellation or rescheduling, or if you do not attend the training, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Udyogwardhini maintains the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inadequate enrollment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Udyogwardhini is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses caused as a result of a scheduled class being cancelled.
