Referring to a World Bank statistics survey, the number of new companies in the formal sector in India has increased by a substantial 12.2 percent between 2014 and 2018, compared to a marginal 3.8 percent growth from 2006-2014. Even with high gains, the full potential of the real estate sector is yet to be registered. There is an urgent need for a skilled workforce in this sector to unlock the possibilities. With the theoretical knowledge of civil engineering, it is also necessary to equip yourself with practical training. With the boost in the construction sector, a large section of the population will find employment.to raise living conditions.
