- Expert guidance on most selling & in-demand bakery products
- Business opportunities: home scale,industrial scale,retail & wholesale trading
Module 2 : Hands on Practicals (Time: 2 PM to 7 PM)
- Fermented Products:pav, Bread (sandwich/milk/wheat), Khari (twisted/plain/jeera/samosa/wheat)
- Dry & flavored products:Cream roll, Wheat/Ragi Cookies, Nankhatai
