Mr Mahendra Shingare had to endure extremely tough situations in life. The economic situation of the family was nowhere near ideal, but he somehow managed to educate himself till 12th class. He then joined the export-import training provided by Udyogwardhini. He started his enterprise with only ₹5,000 and faced many challenges to establish his company, which now has a turnover of ₹70 lakhs. Mr Shingare today has an export business of onions and leafy vegetables to more than 10 countries.

Mr. Aher is the CEO of TNX EXIM Pvt Ltd. His first export container of onion was exported to Qatar in 2009, and today Tushar has a turnover of crores in the import-export sector. He had to face many hardships to reach where he is today. He joined Udyogwardhini's Entrepreneurship Development Program in 1998. This helped him channelize his energy in the right direction and fix his business goals. Since then he has exported various Indian goods to UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saraja), Oman (Masqat, Sala)
